How the current private-access edition handles sign-in and practice work.
Scope
This notice describes the current kaironesis.ai threshold, invitation setup, sign-in and admitted review experience. The public introduction on kaironesis.com has its own notice. It is not a promise that every planned chamber capability is active.
Sign-in and technical requests
Vercel serves this application. When you deliberately submit sign-in or invitation setup, the server uses the configured Supabase authentication service to verify the request. Email addresses, credentials and authentication tokens are handled for that access process. Do not place credentials or invitation links in notes or support messages.
Session cookies
The access flow uses session and continuation cookies to verify admission and restore an eligible session. Cookies are not a substitute for server-side identity checks. Sign-out reports whether local session clearing and provider revocation were confirmed.
Practice work and private records
The current spatial practice experience keeps notes and scenario assumptions temporarily in page memory. Reloading or leaving may lose that work. This edition does not enable confidential draft saving, cross-device note recovery or a live reasoning provider. Do not enter patient, employer, client or other confidential records into the practice fields.
Sources and support
Publisher links open external sites under their own policies. A source link does not send your practice notes to that publisher. For access questions or a data request, use the coordinator or channel that issued your invitation; do not send passwords, security-key PINs or recovery codes.
